Eucalyptus + Camphor herbs are known to be beneficial when you are feeling a little under the weather, and menthol helps to enhance the effects.
To use: Begin your shower, allowing it to heat up and get steamy. Place your shower steamer in an area that will allow it to get wet and activate. Do not allow your steamer to "drown" as this will dissolve it to quickly and have less of an impact. OR you can break in half and add to a bowl of boiled water, breathe in the steam this bowl gives off. *use this method with caution as hot water and steam can result in burns.
