Health Canada regulations prohibit bath and body companies from making any health related claims about their products. We do not claim the use of our products may aid, or have a positive effect on any present health conditions. The information in our listings pertains only to the properties of ingredients selected in our formulations.
Soap Care
Please allow your natural soap bar to dry thoroughly between uses on a draining soap dish. This will prolong the life of your bars. If you find the bar to be to large, feel free to cut it into sections.
Packaging
We are a single use plastic free company, and place great effort into our packaging to be sure it is as eco friendly as possible, even down to our packing tape. Our stationary and labels are printed on recycled unbleached paper product and our Body Care products are all packaged in reusable, recyclable or compostable containers.
Shipping
Please double check that your shipping address is listed correctly, as we will not be held accountable for lost or mis-delivered packages. Orders will be shipped via Canada Post, excluding weekends.
We ship Canada and USA wide. Unfortunately due to the Corona Virus pandemic as well as being "peek season", Canada Post delivery times are not guaranteed and you should expect delays. This is completely out of our control at the moment.
All shipping prices displayed are by Canada Post. We do offer a $14 flat rate shipping option on orders under $125, as well as a FREE SHIPPING on orders over $125 Canada Wide, but these options do not automatically apply to your order, they need to be selected at checkout.
If you plan on placing multiple orders to be packed together, please contact us with your order confirmation numbers and we will try our best to do so.
Orders to USA
Please be sure to select a shipping option that includes tracking, as we will not be held responsible for lost packages, or shipping delays our postal system is experiencing.
Wholesale Ordering
We now entertain wholesale ordering, please contact us directly via email (in our contact us tab) to receive our wholesale order information package.
Cancellations or Refunds
With soap and body care being a hygienic product, we do not entertain refunds on our products. Please take great care in reading our ingredients list if allergies pertain to you, as we will not be held responsible if use results in an allergic reaction. Cancelation of orders will not be entertained once notification of packaging/processing has been sent.
Product Quality Insurance
Our products do not contain any synthetic preservatives or artificial hardeners. Please use your All Natural Body Care product within 1-2 months of purchase date. Please store unused soap bars in a dark dry place, like a linen closet, as moisture and direct sunlight are your bars worse enemy. Please use your soap bar within 2-4 months of purchase date to insure quality remains intact.
