Lemon + Orange citrus are known to be uplifting and energizing when you need a pick me up and menthol helps to enhance the effects.
To use: Begin your shower, allowing it to heat up and get steamy. Place your shower steamer in an area that will allow it to get wet and activate. Do not allow your steamer to "drown" as this will dissolve it to quickly and have less of an impact. OR you can break in half and add to a bowl of boiled water, breathe in the steam this bowl gives off. *use this method with caution as hot water and steam can result in burns.
This product comes in a package of 3 individually wrapped shower steamers, approximately 2.5 ounces each.
